The Allprint Smart series of laser coding equipment marks most pharmaceutical packaging materials with time, expiration dates, lot and serial number data. Logos, one- and two-dimensional bar codes and other graphic information can also be printed. The codes are permanent, verifiable and tamper-proof. The Allprint Smart marks both moving and non-moving products at speeds up to 1,250 characters per second. It is available with 10, 25 or 50 Watts of C[O.sub.2] laser power.
