The Jet-A-Mark[R] DOD5100 ink-jet system uses a built-in local area network (LAN) that can link up to 64 printing units. Data can be controlled from one PC or PLC. With a single source of data control, codes can be monitored and changed with uninterrupted printing. The unit produces high-resolution text and graphics up to 32 dpi. A choice of two printheads--either 16 or 32 valve--can print up to five lines of text. Printing speeds run to 780 feet per minute.
