The MPS 48-6 slat counter can fill up to 40 percent more per minute than comparable counters. The system's unique design features 48 slats instead of the industry standard 72 because it doesn't use blanks. Thus, filling speed is not hampered by waiting for blanks to go by. Two additional benefits of a 48-slat system are: (1) the compact machine needs less floor space and (2) users will save on cost of change parts. The machine also offers an unobstructed view of the filling channels which helps operators prevent clogs and mis-counts, ensuring the most accurate fill. Other features include a color touchscreen, lightweight hopper, full variable speed topbrush, high efficiency dust extraction, static eliminator and tool-less changeover.
