No-Tox[R] printing inks and coatings use the AgION[TM] anti-microbial technology to prevent microbial growth in packaging materials. The AgION antimicrobial delivery system provides for continual slow release of silver, a natural anti-microbial compound, ensuring packaging longevity and integrity. The coatings can be applied by direct or offset gravure to a variety of substrates including paper, foil and nylon, as well as corona-treated films.
