The Ideal closure combines a metal disk for high barrier properties with a plastic rim for tamper evidence and easy opening. Ideal features an increased surface area for gripping and requires 25% less torque than standard closures.
Sequential opening process breaks closure's outside band and lifts insert prior to releasing vacuum for quick tamper evidence. Deep channel insert, with oxygen-scavenging material inside, reduces oxygen ingression by more than 50 percent.
