Endpacker II-3 for cartoned confectionery products automatically erects, loads and seals cases. Cartons are accumulated and loaded into cases in a variety of pack patterns. Unit features PLC logic, handcrank adjustments, easy-to-load 72-inch horizontal magazine, pressure-sensitive tape closure, tubular steel construction and mechanical drive. New release film offers excellent release from cold-seal adhesives
CGR is a 60-gauge release film designed to be reverse printed and laminated to CSM, a 60-gauge high barrier metallized film that provides excellent cold seal receptivity and printability. CGR offers superior release characteristics from cold-seal adhesives without deadening problems and provides a stable system for good machinability. Film is well suited for confectionery and candy packaging applications.

Pressure-sensitive labeler promotes fast, easy set-up
Speed: up to 400 labels per minute
Labelstar pressure-sensitive labeler features a stepper drive that enables the head to be synchronized with conveyor speed. Stainless steel monoframe construction encloses virtually all wires, cables and hoses for easy cleaning. Simplified head set-up requires threading a new label and then pressing the "learn" button. Precise stepper motor controls combine with a push-pull label feed system (that pulls the spent web while simultaneously pushing fresh label-stock) to relieve tension on the backing paper and ensure accuracy while eliminating possibility of web breakage. Optional vision system, bar code verification, hot-stamp coding and three-and four-panel attachments are available.
