> * Ruiz Food Products, the market leader of frozen Mexican foods, has hired John Signorino as President and Chief Executive Officer. Signorino has more than 25 years experience in the food industry, including positions at Anheuser-Busch and several Nestle USA divisions. Fred Ruiz, the company's chairman and co-founder, says, "[Signorino] will be responsible for the business operations, sales and profit goals, as well as new product innovation and plant improvement."
