* Procter & Gamble expects to close on its purchase of leading beauty care company Wella in September, following recent clearance by European Union regulators. The EU clearance does require P&G to divest or license seine haircare products for a period of five years--primarily Herbal Essences--in Ireland, Norway and Sweden, where P&G and Wella have overlap.
