German adhesive company finds U.S. partner - Roman Adhesives and Henkel KGAA form alliance - Brief Article

Roman Adhesives, a Calumet City, 1ll.-based manufacturer of wallpaper adhesives and sundries, has formed an alliance with Henkel KgaA of Dusseldorf, Germany, one of Europe's largest adhesive suppliers and parent of Macco Adhesives. Roman Adhesives will assume marketing, sales and distribution responsibilities for Henkel's Metylan brand of wallpaper adhesive products in the United States.
