Luster Leaf Products, a Woodstock, Ill.-based manufacturer of soil testers anti sunlight meters for home gardeners, has purchased ANM International of Rochester, Mich. ANM International makes hand-operated, cast-iron pumps used in water garden applications. ANM also imports pumps, seals and other accessory products for worldwide distribution.
