MH2 also grabbed Rim Data Systems, a suite of integrated solutions currently used by approximately 100 medium to large home builders including Centex Homes and Standard-Pacific Homes.
"We bought the FAST system for $2.9 million, everything else for about $102,000," Holigan told NHCN.
Unlike many of its rivals, MH2 is in growth mode, and it is looking to add 35 more employees to its 80-person work force. Holigan said the company's technological assets and industry relationships, including those with Beazer Homes and D.R. Horton Homes, have been the key.
"You have a killer application and good financial partners," Holigan said of his company' s situation. "That's it."
