TruServ gets new vp-retail systems and processes

Among his new duties, Michael Rosen will complete the Westfield member conversion portion of the merger that created the hardware industry's largest co-op. He will also direct retail systems development and implementation and lead efforts to improve information processing between TruServ and its members.
Rosen joined Cotter & Company, TruServ's predecessor, in 1996, as general manager of Cotter's lumber and building materials.
