Lanoga acquires millwork assembly operation - United Building Centers acquires Priority One Millwork - Brief Article

United Building Centers, the Midwestern division of Lanoga Corp., has purchased Priority One Millwork in Madison, Wis. The millwork assembly operation posted sales of $8 million in its last fiscal year. UBC, which operates a truss plant, distribution center and two retail locations in southern Wisconsin, will combine the new acquisition with its existing millwork businesses.

Priority One founders Jim Gugel, Bob Knecht and Steve Bethel will remain with the company in managerial positions.
