More work n the Sun Belt Significant growth of the retail sector points to more demand for retail jobs. Orlanco continues to lead this list, and other top ten retail "hot spots" are all in temperate and tropical climates. Orlando and Las Vegas lead the way, but Austin is a force to consider. Austin is being touted as Silicon Valley of the South, but better: a pleasant climate and hill country beauty, affordable housing, a well-educated populace, its status as state capital as well as the "Live Music Capital of the World" and a lack of state income tax -- all appeal to young entrepreneurs.
