Ronald Lazof, president and CEO of Behr Process, has moved into consulting position at the paint making company. Lazof served as CEO of Behr for five years, playing a key role in the company's move from a private family business to a publicly held manufacturer of interior and exterior home products.
Chuck Dowd, a group president at parent company Masco Corp., is taking on the additional responsibilities of president and CEO of Behr until a successor is named.
