TruServ reopens Oregon DC. The Illinois-based co-op spent more than $2.5 million --$1.2 million on technology and front office improvements alone -- to renovate its Springfield, Ore., distribution center, which reopened Jan. 10. It will serve 630 dealer-members. In other news, Donald Hoye assumed his position as president and CEO of TruServ Corp.
