All American Home Center founder dead at 93

Irving Gertler, who emigrated from Poland with his family in 1912, started the company with his son, Lanny, in 1959. That store has since expanded into a 175,000-square-foot, $30 million operation. Gentler passed away on Feb. 19. (319)
