Kohler beefs up sales team to serve high-volume dealers - Brief Article
Home Channel News, April 16, 2001
The Wisconsin-based bath fixture manufacturer recently reorganized its sales force to build stronger relationships with dealers such as Home Depot and Lowe's and to "enhance our brand image," said Don David, Kohler Plumbing North America's retail sales director. To that end, it appointed Mario DeLiberty as senior sales manager-Home Depot West, Stephen Westog as senior sales manager-Home Depot East, and Kevin Coffey as senior sales manager-Lowe's.
A number of sales executives and regional sales managers have also been appointed to manage the two retail accounts. This latest move comes after Kohler established a direct sales relationship with Lowe's in January, which allows the dealer to bypass Kohler's network of distributors.
