General Electric sells commercial wiring division

Supplier of wiring devices Pass & Seymour/Legrand acquired Caribe GE Wiring Devices, GE's commercial and industrial wiring division which had sales of approximately $18 million last year. The transaction allows GE Home Electric Products to focus on its consumer business.
