Sears adds lawn and garden to e-commerce site

The Hoffman Estates, Ill.-based dealer will offer more than 600 lawn and garden hand tools and power equipment, with Kenmore and Weber gas grills. In addition to Craftsman mowers and tractors, Sears will sell Yard-Man, Toro and Black & Decker models online.
Sears.com will allow consumers to compare several lawn and garden tools in a side-by-side format. Customers will also be able to submit questions to "Tool Answer Man" and get an e-mail response within 48 hours.
