Luxembourg joins ADB

MANILA, Sept. 30 Kyodo
Luxembourg has joined the Asian Development Bank (ADB), making it the multinational lending firm's 62nd member.
The ADB said on its Web site Tuesday that Luxembourg's membership became effective Thursday last week.
The Manila-based bank, established in 1966, is dedicated to reducing poverty in Asia and the Pacific.
