The PACIFIC NORTHWEST COLLEGE OF ART (Ore.) has received a $15 MILLION gift from Hallie E. Ford, the co-founder of the Ford Family Foundation of Oregon. The gift, the largest ever to an Oregon arts organization, will be used to create the Ford Institute for Visual Education and will fund a new Master of Fine Arts degree program.
