Diverse Issues in Higher Education, July 13, 2006
DR. HAROLD L. MARTIN SR., chancellor of Winston-Salem State University, has been named senior vice president for academic affairs of the 16-campus University of North Carolina effective July 17. He earned bachelor's and master's degrees from North Carolina A&T State University and a doctorate from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
