The UNIVERSITY OF PENNSYLVANIA has received a $50 MILLION gift from the founder of the Nine West women's shoe company, Jerome Fisher. The Penn alumnus and his wife, Anne, donated the funds to help build a biomedical research facility on the university's campus in West Philadelphia.
