The Ford Foundation has awarded a $461,700 grant to BRANDEIS UNIVERSITY (Mass.) to support a partnership between the university and Al-Quds University in East Jerusalem. The foundation has also provided $250,000 to the CENTER FOR ARAB WOMEN FOR TRAINING AND RESEARCH to evaluate gender-focused programs in the Middle East and North Africa.
