The CONGRESSIONAL BLACK CAUCUS has received a three-year, $1 MILLION grant from Wal-Mart Stores to help provide scholarships for two college access programs. The Summer Congressional Internship Program and the Congressional Black Caucus Spouses' Educational Scholarship will each receive $500,000 over three years.
