DR. RICHARD T. SCHOEPHOERSTER has been named dean of the College of Engineering at the University of Texas at E1 Paso. He had previously been chair of the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Florida International University. Schoephoerster earned a bachelor's, master's and doctorate from the University of Iowa.
