Dr. Julian Manly Earls has been named the 10th president of Alabama A&M University. Most recently he was director of the NASA Glenn Research Center in Cleveland. Earls earned a bachelor's from Norfolk State University, a master's from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry and a doctorate from the University of Michigan.
