DR. H. KEITH MOO-YOUNG has been named dean of the College of Engineering, Computer Science and Technology at California State University-Los Angeles. He holds a bachelor's from Morgan State University, a master's from the University of Pennsylvania and a master's and doctorate from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
