DR. GREG GARCIA has been named academic dean of Grantham University (Mo.). He retired from the U.S. Air Force in 2003 after a 39-year career. Garcia holds a bachelor's from American International University, a master's from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and a doctorate from Montana State University.
