Dr. Fernando Antonio Lozano has been named assistant professor of economics at Pomona College in California. Prior to his appointment he served as a lecturer in economics at the college. Lozano earned a bachelor's from the University of San Diego and a master's and doctorate from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
