GILEN CHAN has been appointed to the newly created position of special counsel at New York City College of Technology/CUNY. Most recently, she was senior vice president/director of ethics in the global compliance department of Citigroup. She received a bachelor's from Pratt Institute School of Engineering and a law degree from Rutgers University School of Law-Newark.
