DR. NATHANIEL HOLMES has been appointed director of the office of disability services at SUNY Rockland Community College. Previously, he served as director of the learning development and evaluation center at Florida A&M University. Holmes earned a bachelor's from Touga100 College, and a master's and doctorate from Washington State University.
