NORFOLK STATE UNIVERSITY has received a $100,000 endowment from NSU Board of Visitors member Gary T. McCollum and his wife Fredericka A. McCollum. The funds will be used to create the Gary T. McCollum Endowment Fund to support the Achievers Inspired to Move High (MM High) Scholarship Program at the university.
