JIM CHEN has been appointed dean of the University of Louisville's Louis D. Brandeis School of Law (Ky.). He was previously associate dean for faculty at the University of Minnesota Law School. Chen holds a bachelor's and master's from Emory University and a law degree from Harvard University.
