Bethann West-James has been named coordinator of Alliance for Excellence and Neighborhood Initiatives at Danville Community College. Most recently, she was executive director of Advocates for Justice and Education Inc. James earned a bachelor's from Rutgers University and a law degree from the University of the District of Columbia School of Law.
