DR. JUDITH MIRANTI has been named director of the division of education at Xavier University of Louisiana. She earned a bachelor's from Our Lady of Holy Cross College in New Orleans, a master's from Our Lady of the Lake University in San Antonio and a doctorate from the University of Nevada, Reno.
