DR. Y.T. SHAH has been named provost of Norfolk State University (Va.), effective in July. He currently serves as director of the Center for Advanced Fuel Technologies at the University of Central Missouri. He received a bachelor's from the University of Michigan and a master's and doctorate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
