THE UNIVERSITY OF ILLINOIS AT CHICAGO's Great Cities Institute has received a three-year, $2.25 MILLION grant from the Grand Victoria Foundation to build a network and help small cities and nonprofit organizations in Illinois access federal grants and create community improvement partnerships.
