Dr. Edna Mora Szymanski has been appointed president of Minnesota State University, Moorhead, effective in July. She currently serves as senior vice president for academic affairs and provost at the University of Maine. Szymanski holds a bachelor's from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, a master's from the University of Scranton and a doctorate from the University of Texas at Austin.
