Gateway Wednesday announced that the company's ALR 7300 and ALR 8300 servers, E-5200 and E-5250 technical workstations, E-1200 366, and its highly acclaimed Solo 3100 notebook are currently available to federal government buyers on GSA schedule #GS-35F-4565G. Servers - The Gateway ALR 7300 delivers cutting-edge features to smaller-networked environments at aggressive pricing. It supports up to two Pentium II Xeon processors, featuring the Intel 440GX chipset and 100MHz front-side bus to run applications even faster than before. The Gateway ALR 8300 also supports two Pentium II processors, the Intel 440GX chipset and 13 bays for scalability and support for two 400-watt hot-pluggable, loadsharing power supplies.
