Enchilada, the first value-priced Internet/PC service to provide free in-home installation and web based tutorials, Monday announces the first $399 computer. Complete with three years of free unlimited Internet access for neophyte users and multi-computer family households. Enchilada, a trademark of The Simple Solution, LLC, based in New York, is the only service to include a PC, free Internet access for three years and free home installation.

"We've received significant demand from for outright purchase of our systems from both new computer users, as well as those seeking additional computers and Internet access in our test markets," explains Ike Sutton, CEO and President of The Simple Solution. "As a result, we've been able to provide an upgraded system at a significantly lower cost than the industry. Based on current PC pricing, Enchilada is now the only company offering three years of free Internet access valued at over $700 bundled with a PC and without any rebates required. The whole enchilada is now a whole lot tastier." The Whole Enchilada Enchilada also features a specially designed web site http://www.enchilada.com. For new users, Enchilada.com will feature "SOS Enchilada," six easy step-by-step tutorials on basic Internet activities such as, sending and receiving email; locating a specific web site; sending and receiving photos or documents, and even purchasing items on the Net. The basic Enchilada is available for $399 (a 15" monitor can be purchased separately for an additional $149). Customers will receive three years of free unlimited Internet access and free setup. The desktop computer, upgraded from the original version announced 30 days ago, is equipped with an AMD K6-2 350 MHz processor with 3D now technology, 32 mgs. of RAM, a 3.2 gig hard drive, 24x CD-ROM drive, 56K modem, stereo speakers, and Windows 98. Every Enchilada comes with a 30-day trial period and no strings attached plus a one-year manufacturer's warranty. Enchilada Grande The Enchilada Grande package is chock-full of extras. It includes all of the components in the basic package plus a 15" monitor, choice of a color printer or scanner, six assorted software programs including games and an office suite package, and a four-year on-site warranty...all for only $999. If that's not enough, customers who purchase the Enchilada Grande package will also receive an additional year of unlimited Internet access at no additional charge.
