Further demonstrating leadership in enterprise-class infrastructure solutions, Compaq Computer Corporation, in conjunction with ISOCOR, a Compaq Select Partner, Tuesday unveiled a unified carrier-grade enterprise directory and messaging solution. Based on ISOCOR's N-Plex and MetaConnect directory and messaging applications, the solution runs on Compaq's award-winning NonStop Clusters software and the clustered ProLiant Servers.
Available immediately, this solution enables enterprise customers -- including ISPs, telecommunications providers, and cable operators -- to share, correlate and unify directory information worldwide using highly available, scalable, industry-standard clustered ProLiant servers.
