E-Color Inc. announced Wednesday that they had reached a new licensing agreement with long-time partner Compaq Computer Corp.
In keeping with their position as a technology leader, Compaq will bundle E-Color's Colorific with their innovative TFT5000 flat panel monitor.
Compaq is the first manufacturer to take advantage of Colorific's unique new Flat Panel calibration feature. "When you look at images on an LCD, they inherently lose details in the highlights and dark areas," said Bill Hilliard, president of E-Color Inc. "Colorific actually improves the look of most flat panel displays and adds unique features such as screen to printer color matching."
