Olicom's Board of Directors announces the intention of the Company's executive management team, comprising Niels Christian Furu, chief executive officer, and Lars Larsen, chief financial officer, to resign following the announcement of Olicom's financial results for 1999.
The announcement of the Company's results is expected to take place on February 25, 2000.
Mr. Furu will remain with Olicom until the end of February 2000 and Mr. Larsen until the end of April 2000. The timing of the resignations has been agreed in accordance with the Company's reorganization.
