Craycraft joined Iomega in 1996 as director for materials and was responsible for Iomega's global inventories, production planning and materials functions. He has managed the customer service team since 1997. Before joining Iomega, Craycraft was employed by Gates Corporation where he served in various senior management capacities including managing director, Asia Pacific, and as corporate materials manager, plant manager and business manager.
