Fully encapsulated multimode low-voltage directive/single-ended (LVD/SE) SCSI terminators, which automatically provide termination for applications such as high-end PCs, workstations, SCSI hot bus adapters and Raid systems, are available from Honda Connectors.
The PCS-D68(R)DEH(*)X terminators can terminate LVD and SE devices on the same chain, while the terminator determining if the bus required LVD or SE termination and automatically selecting the correct operation using voltage detection means. The company says this process does not cause a reduction in data throughput.
The terminator is available in 30 and 32AWG 0.635mm pitch flat solid and standard ribbon cable.
