DSPG's echo canceller test unit, the G.168 ECT-1, complies with the latest International Telecommunications Union G.168 (2000) standard developed by Study Group 15.
The ECT-1 comes in a 10in mini case, a portable 3U case or a 19in rack. Self-contained, each unit includes a built-in single board computer and hard disk drive, requiring the addition of the echo canceller under test, a keyboard, mouse and monitor.
For field use, a laptop computer can be connected in place of the peripheral devices.
