Web-based design flow for asics - Brief Article - Product Announcement

Electronics Times, July 24, 2000

Clear Logic has launched a Web-based asic design flow. Designers prototype the asic design in programmable logic devices from Altera. The resulting Altera bitstream contains the design for the asic.

Using the information in the bitstream, the design is directly mapped to the asic without any re-engineering. The asic flow supports designs done in Flex 10K, 8K and Max 7K devices.
