BFI Optilas has announced the availability of a high resolution DWDM photodiode array designed for fibre optic telecoms applications.
Made by Sensors Unlimited, the LT series of linear InGaAs photodiode arrays is based on a high quality proprietary design, low noise CMOS multiplexer. The LT series offers a 25 micro m pitch, low cross talk and high pixel count (512pixel).
Suitable for 25/50GHz DWDM spectral monitoring systems, the array accommodates a high channel count (250 channels) DWDM comms systems.
Its array design means that monitoring occurs simultaneously on all laser channels.
